CL Verify is a Consumer Reporting Agency that provides decision support solutions to lenders throughout the loan approval process. CL Verify gives payday advance underwriters tools designed to provide the most accurate, current, and complete information available with which to ascertain the risk associated with underwriting payday advance transactions.
If you have recently been denied a loan from one of our lenders, their decision may have been based, in part, on the information provided to them by CL Verify. You are entitled to receive a copy of that same information. Please complete the attached form and return it to our office so we may begin processing your request. The form will not be considered complete unless you have signed your name in the designated place and included a copy of your Driver's License.
The lender may have also used information from a third party provider. To receive a copy of third party information, you may go to www.consumerdebit.com and order a copy of your report. You may also call their automated phone system at 1-800-428-9623. The third party report which may have been used by the lender is called the "Chexsystems" Report. You may order a copy of this report free within 60 days of your denial.
Please note that we cannot inform you of specific reasons you were denied. We can only supply you with the same information given to the lender at the time of your application.
